Friday: We went and grabbed a quick bite to eat and then went to his parents house where Papa Cush helped us fill up a ton of water balloons with a somewhat broken hose. I needed to fill these balloons up for a beehive/deacon pirate activity we were having on Saturday. Meanwhile Avery was getting sicker by the hour with a fever and stuffy nose. We came home put Avery down to bed late and then ended up filling up more balloons (150+), painting pirate signs, and Ryan did homework. That night...Avery was up quite a bit not feeling too well and unfortunately we had to be at the event on Saturday morning at 7:30 to set up by 9:30.
Saturday: Ryan went to school while Avery and I went to the activity. I was so stressed cause Avery was not doing well and I needed to be doing so much. Luckily a young girl there took over and watched Avery the whole time. Avery loved her and she wanted to snuggle her the whole time! After the activity we met up with Ryan and raced over to the church to see 3 baptisms, 2 of which were youth recently converted. Saturday night we snuggled sick Avery, ate, and relaxed!
*Poor Avery feeling so sick after the long day*
Sunday: Ryan went to our ward while Avery and I ventured out to 2 ward conferences, of which my GPS took us to the wrong location and we got lost for 1.5 hours...that was fun! Once I got there it was all worth it. I was surrounded by such amazing leaders and I was able to be spiritual enriched all day. Avery did great going to church for that long but we were so excited to be home with daddy.
Monday: Woke up to a sick husband...
