Two Months

Avery turned 2 months last week and here are her stats...

Weight: 11 lbs. 5.6 oz. ... 56%

Height: 23.5 in. ... 80%

Head: 15 1/4 in. ... 43%

Ryan and I took her to her appointment yesterday and it was so sad...she had to get her shots and it was so sad to see her in so much pain looking into my eyes like... "how could you do this to me?" She is still super snuggly and feverish today, poor thing. I don't know how I got the picture above of her kind of smiling because I'm pretty sure that was the only time she smiled after her shots yesterday...she has Hello Kitty band-aids on both of her chubby legs.

Lately she has been clenching her fists really tightly and moving like crazy...

She absolutely loves getting her bum changed on her changing table. She smiles and laughs at her letters and cupcakes. She seriously can be crying one minute and if you put her down on her changing mat she instantly stops crying and smiles. Yes looking back I realize that it would have been cool if I would have made her middle name starting with a B so that her initials could be ABC... oh well...too late for that!

She is still such a good baby. She really only cries if she is tired or hungry. She will sleep through the night a couple nights a week. She loves being in just a diaper and she still absolutely loves her plug! We put her in a swing for the first time last week... she loves it! She still gets the hiccups at least twice a day. If you stick your tongue out at her she smiles and coos and then sticks her tongue out.

Avery you are such a joy. Thanks for being the best baby ever...you are spoiling us! We love you so very much.

p.s- anyone find it weird that Ryan and I have a child in the 80th% for height? haha they said it will probably level out.
