Our plans fell through this year with our good friends because they had to chaperon at the youth dance...boo. (You know who you are! :) So we had to get creative of what to do for New Years. I was feeling bad for Avery because the weather has been so rainy and cold the last 2 weeks, that she hasn't really done anything. A while back, a friend of mine told me about a place called Catch Air, let me tell you, it's amazing!!! We only paid $5 and Avery could play as long as she wanted on all this awesome stuff and had dance parties. She seriously partied hard! It was fun for Ryan and I too cause we got to play with her and see how happy she was. I tried to upload the video of her dancing, but it didn't work :( But believe me, she was going crazy, and loving every minute of it!
At night we went out for our "Chinese New Year" with Pop and Lolly. Came back and Ryan and I had another dance party with Avery, put her down to bed, watched LSU loose, watched New Year's Eve movie, watched the ball drop on tv, toasted together, and played a game. We had a blast just hanging with our family of 3!
New Year's Day always consists of good football and yummy food.
2013 is going to be quite the year between having another baby girl in April, Ryan graduating with his MBA in the Summer, possibly looking for a new job and a home to buy. Life is crazy but we are so excited to see what this new year will bring!
